We dealt with Salesman Brian Ferguson, Manager Theo Davis, and Finance Manager Rick Tandy and had a great overall experience. The team was straight forward and real, with out a 'sales-y' vibe. They had the forester I wanted and gave me a fantastic price, as compared to internet searches across the region and country. I bought my first and second Subaru from Gerald Subaru, but now I wouldn't think twice about going back to Mid City. My only complaint is the dealer-installed city package (wheel locks, door guards and paint protection), which comes pre-installed on every car in the lot. It has value, but as a car-guy, I would prefer the option to install on my own or have removed.

We test drove the Legacy sedan, Forester and the Outback. The Outback won us over and has plenty of cargo room for our dog and gear. The buying process was pretty easy and all documents were well explained. For us, this is a convenient location and we felt welcomed into the Subaru family.
